State DOT Needs A New Culture

Like many states DOT, NYSDOT has got a major cultural problem when it comes to livable streets.  Street safety for pedestrians seems to be almost an afterthought. 

We need a change.  Kudos to our own Brad Lander for keeping the pressure on NYSDOT to do the right thing. Lives are at stake.
