Scalia's Blunder

A Real Rarity

Really quite epic. And of course, just because he completely mis-cited his own precedent was no reason to change his conclusion.  You could always tell the rubes in law school - they were the ones who spoke glowingly of Scalia's intellectual honesty. 

Harvard law prof on Scalia's goof this week: "I strongly doubt it has ever happened before."
