UPDATED: MTA website indicates service back to normal.
Mrs. Firstandcourt reported waiting for 49 minutes at Carroll Street before giving up and walking to Jay Street. No signs. No announcements. Scores of people waiting
Station attendant refused to do anything to help, put up a sign, verbally warn people entering, nothing. Newsflash: you make it difficult for people like me to advocate for keeping station attendants when you're not willing to actually do anything to improve the customer experience.
MTA site says to "expect delays" due to a track repair at 7th Avenue. That too, is not particularly helpful if "delays" translates in reality to "no service for an hour or more".
