And yet violent crime continues to fall.  Glorious Leader Mike Bloomberg and Generalissimo Ray Kelly had to torture the numbers to trump up any correlation at all.  Stop and frisk is a fraudulent disgrace and an inexusable abuse, and that will be the legacy of Mike Bloomberg. 

But that sort of misses the point that both crime and stop-and-frisk are declining simultaneously. And those who study police work can't find a provable link to stop-and-frisk as a crime reducer.
