Mayoral Bid A Liu-sing Proposition

John Liu's actually done a pretty fine job as comptroller as far as I can tell.  And he's clearly a capable and ambitious guy.  But as I said at the beginning, he should have stood for reelection and let the scandal fizzle out. He was too damaged to have a legitimate shot at Gracie Mansion this cycle.  The CFB decision is the final nail in the coffin for this campaign.
