Horrifying Attempted Abduction In Carroll Gardens?

Carroll Gardens Police Force Hunt Suspect in Attempted Abduction

I spent most of the weekend laid up with a bad ankle wound.  This is the first I've seen of this frightening and unusual report. 
A woman was pistol-whipped while walking near 2nd Place and Court Street.
